Have a hot pot dish in Kyoto in winter ② How about the original "Botan nabe" that looks like a big flower blooming?

You can enjoy wild game dishes such as wild boar and deer in the fall and winter when hunting is open.

Why not try the "Botan nabe" that has been handed down from generation to generation at this Japanese restaurant that opened in 1918?

The "Hatakaku" which has been in Nishijin for more than 100 years is my dream restaurant.

The famous "Botan nabe" that was invented by the previous generation can be eaten with white miso that is typical of Kyoto.

Don't you think that the arrangement of large peonies blooming is like a work of art?

It is a gift from the mountain that is eaten with vegetables such as Shogoin daikon and burdock.

It is a feast unique to the hunting season, and I think I can survive the cold winter in Kyoto.
