Walking through "Kinukake no Michi (Kinukake Road) " ② Autumn-colored tea time with freshly baked waffles from "Yamanekoken"

"Kinukake no Michi (Kinukake Road)" connects 3 World Heritage Sites representing Kyoto.

Along the road, there is a building with a special atmosphere with ivy.

When you go down the stairs and open the door, you will find "Yamanekoken (CAFE YAMANEKO)".

It is a cafe where you can enjoy homemade pasta, and I like the freshly baked waffle.

I would like to indulge in tea time with the fall and winter limited "Apple & Caramel Waffle".

Even though it is in the basement, the sun shines through the stained glass window and it is very comfortable!

It is one of the places we recommend for lunch or break during the World Heritage tour.

Yamanekoken (CAFE YAMANEKO)
39-6 Tojiin-kitamachi, Kita Ward, Kyoto City
5 minutes walk from the city bus stop, Ryoanji-mae.
