Taste spring "butterbur shoot"

It is spring according to the calendar, but it is still cold.

Daylight hours getting longer and it's getting warmer day by day.

I found some butterbur shoots in my garden.

As it is a warm winter this year, they seem to come out earlier than usual.

so I harvested them and cooked to taste the spring.
I fried the butterbur shoots with potato starch with water.
And put some salts on it.
The unique bitterness is really good.

I am very happy to be able to feel spring through my five senses.
There are many attractions of living in Satoyama, but it is the most fun to feel spring with tastes.

Don't you think it's cool to taste spring with wild vegetables?

I'm looking forward to eating the wild vegetables growing around my house.
